We are a small boutique Chartered Professional Accountant firm focused on serving small to medium sized businesses and individuals. Our philosophy is to bring the highest level of quality and individual personal service to all of our clients, whether large or small at a reasonable cost.
The founder will personally perform exit meetings with all corporate clients to ensure they not only meet their statutory requirements and minimize their tax liability but also understand what happened during the year and how they can improve their performance and financial picture on a go forward basis. Client questions are encouraged and effectively responded to with attention to educating clients and ensuring they understand the implications of their future and past business decisions and alternatives.

Tirath Khatkar, ACA, CPA, CGA founded the firm in 2008. Prior to that, he worked for Public practice accounting firm for 14 years. He believes that business isn’t just about “what you earn, it’s about what you keep.” In addition to being a Chartered Professional Accountant in good standing with the Institute of Chatered Professional Accountants of Canada, British Columba; he also have bachelor of commerce degree and he is also member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
His focus in life is to make the world a better place, through his service to his clients, family and community.
